453 residential houses in the district are connected to 258 courtyards.
For the last 10 years, children's playgrounds and 50 sports grounds have been installed in 219 palaces.

In 2019, there were 45 playgrounds in the district with children's playgrounds within the framework of state-private partnership.

In 2020, it is planned to install children's playgrounds in 41 yards, to build 8 sports grounds - this:
Near the kindergarten "Erkenaz" Kursay microdistrict;
- Kazygurt street, Akzhar microdistrict;
- Tleules Street in Kazygurt microdistrict;
- Aktas-1 microdistrict;
- Zhailau microdistrict, Tauasarova Street;
- Esimova Street, Yntymak microdistrict;
- 20 years of independence;
- multi-storey residential yard on the central territory (Republic №16).

Besides, the repair and restoration of 24 sports grounds will be carried out as planned.
