The opening ceremony of the museum "Gashik Zhusip ata" was held in the rural district of Eski Ikan, Sauran region. Within the framework of this event, a scientific conference was organized on the topic “Gashyk Yusup Ata Museum and the heritage of scientists Ikan Ghulam”.
The event was attended by the secretary of the regional maslikhat of Turkestan K. Balabiev, akim of the Sauran region, doctor of philological sciences, professor K. Ergobek, akim of the Sauran region G. Rysbekov, statesman and public figure R. Khalmuratov, the organizer of this event R. Abdusattarov and many other guests .
The construction of the museum complex "Sapar" will begin in 2021 (Rahmetzhan Abdusattarov) and will be put into operation. In the development of the Ikan village of the Sapar complex, two museum halls, an administrative building, a recreation room for visitors, a bathroom, and a recreation alley are provided. These construction and improvement works were carried out with the support of entrepreneurs. This complex is being built to serve travelers arriving at the place of pilgrimage "Gashyk Yusup Ata". In this complex you can get information about the history of Ancient Ikan, the life and heritage of Ata Gashik Yusip, the history and heritage of the ikanists, the history of the sacred Turkestan of the Kazakh steppe, the ancient Ikan region.
During the event, the guests began with a visit to the mausoleum "Gashyk Yusup Ata". After that, he participated in the opening of the Sapar Museum and got acquainted with its work. It continued with the conference "Museum of grandfather Yusip Ata and the legacy of Ikan scientists." At the end of the event, a table was set for the spirits of ancestors and dedicated to the Koran.

N. Turisbekov, the Acting Head of the Documentation Support Department of the Sauran District Akim's Office, made a report on the process of consideration of complaints at the district level, according to the agenda of the Majlis.
Thus, according to the speaker's information, at present, registration and consideration of applications of individuals and legal entities is carried out on the unified platform for receiving and processing applications "E-Otinish" adapted to the norms of the Code of Administrative Procedure. According to part 9 of Article 64 of the Civil Code, the applicant can withdraw the application on the basis of his written application before the decision on the administrative case is made. Requests for revocation of applicants are received in electronic form, mostly through the website or the mobile version of "E-Otinish". At the same time, the withdrawal messages of the applicants are automatically sent to the additional page "Withdrawn by the applicant" in the "Incoming Tasks" service. According to paragraph 1 of Article 70 of the Civil Code, the receipt of a withdrawal letter from the applicant is the basis for the termination of the administrative procedure.
In turn, the administrative procedure of the administrative body, official will be terminated by decision. Thus, it is necessary to make a decision similar to other applications on the applications withdrawn by the applicants. The term of consideration for them is calculated from the moment of receipt. In this regard, in order to ensure the efficiency of working with applications and to prevent violations of the deadlines for their consideration, it is necessary to pay special attention (check the deadline) to the additional page "Revoked by the applicant" of the "Incoming tasks" service in the "E-Otinish" 2 information system. If a decision on return orders is made beyond the deadline set by Article 76 of the Civil Code, these applications will be deemed to have expired.
At the end of the Majilis, district akim G. Rysbekov highlighted the deficiencies mentioned in the report and warned the specialists of the non-performing departments and rural districts to take action.
