On May 1, the festival "Dastarkhan of Friendship" dedicated to the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan was held in the lobby of the 2nd floor of the cultural and leisure center. The residents of the village were presented with national dishes of Kazakh, Russian, Tatar, Uighur, Belarusian, Uzbek, Chechen, Bashkir ethnic groups. On April 29, a volleyball tournament was held in the sports hall of the cultural and leisure center of the village of Aktas as part of the month of mass defense and military - patriotic work. The tournament was attended by teams of secondary schools of the village No. 13 and 16, military personnel of the 44803 division and the military –patriotic club "Dome". The victory was won by a team of military personnel, they were awarded a cup and a diploma, the 2nd place was taken by the OSH No. 16 team, the 3rd place was taken by the Kupol military industrial complex team.

On April 22, 2023, in the small hall of the cultural and leisure center of the village of Aktas, a children's festival of national cultures "Necklace of Friendship" was held, which was attended by pupils of the kindergarten "Alyonushka", the mini center of secondary school No. 16, children's amateur groups of the KDCA and students of secondary schools of the village No. 13 and No. 16.
