The Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed a draft order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amendments to the order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2014 No. 511" on approval of the rules for organizing the work of the Probation Service" (hereinafter referred to as the draft).
In order to prevent the commission of crimes against the sexual integrity of minors by convicted persons registered with the Probation Service for similar crimes, it is proposed to use electronic means of control over them for the entire period of serving a sentence.
