He has two higher educations: he graduated from the college of Pavlodar State University. S. Toraigyrov and Kazakhstan-Russian University. He served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then continued to serve in the internal affairs bodies, where he went from a policeman to the deputy head of the personnel policy department. Later he held the position of head of the Logistics Department of the Police Department of Pavlodar region. At present, he is the head of the Logistics Support Department of the UIS Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
