He has two higher educations: he graduated from Akmola Agrarian University. S. Seifullin and the Academy of Law and Market. He began his service in the internal affairs bodies, then moved to the KUIS, where he worked in the units of execution of punishments, legal support and special accounting. He has experience in the operational-forensic unit and special accounting of KUIS. At present, he is the head of the special accounting department of the UIS Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
