Izimov Melsbek Omarovich was born in October 15, 1976 in the South Kazakhstan region.
Has a higher education, graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in law.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2020)
He is married, has two sons.
He began his service in the Prosecutor's office in July 01, 1998 from the position of head of the economy of the Prosecutor's Office of the Almaty region.
From November 16, 1998 to April 21, 2015, he held various positions in the State institution “Economic Management at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" from a leading specialist of the security department, Head of the Logistics and Security Department, chief expert to Deputy Head of the department.
From April 22, 2015 to October 12, 2023 - Head of the state institution "Economic Management at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Since October 13, 2023, he has been appointed to the position of head of the state institution "Department of Material and Technical Support at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
