     Жоба 2020 жылдан бастап іске асырылуда, онда қылмыстың алдын алу және әлеуметтік-экономикалық сипаттағы проблемаларды шешу қамтылған. Аталған жоба іске асырылғаннан бастап тіркелген қылмыстар саны 5300-ден 2200-ге немесе 41%-ға төмендеген.

    Сондай-ақ жоба аясында қала аумағындағы көп қабатты үйлердің ауласына қауіпсіздікті сақтау мақсатында 200-ден аса бейнебақылау, авариялық қауіпті учаскелерге 48 сергек камералары орнатылып, 8 көшеге жарық берілген.

    Қала аумағында бұрынғы жатақхана болған 37 тұрғын үйлерді тексеру жұмыстары басталды.Мысалы, «Қаратау» мөлтек ауданындағы 125 пәтерлік №39 үйде 2 пәтер иесіз-қараусыз қалдырылғаны, 30 пәтер тиісті құжаттарсыз жалға берілгені, сондай-ақ заңсыз құрылыстар жүргізу фактілері анықталды. Жиналыстың қорытындысымен жұмыстарды күшейту қажеттігі туралы тапсырма берілді. On November 25, 2020, the center for legal monitoring of the Prosecutor's office of Zhambyl region (CPM) launched a Forum on crime prevention among students of schools, colleges and Universities.
Opening the meeting of the three-day online Forum, regional Prosecutor Abdirov N. M. noted that the issue of prevention of juvenile delinquency is one of the important areas of Supervisory activity that requires the organization of interaction and strengthening the work of each authorized body.
The Forum was attended by Deputy akim of the region zhylkybaev E. Zh., head of the police Department Suleimenov Zh. K., rectors of Universities and Directors of secondary special educational institutions, representatives of the scientific field, who presented for discussion draft manuals and recommendations on the prevention of offenses among students.
In order to identify systemic problems and ways to solve them, the Forum operates in three sectors: the work of psychologists and social educators, juvenile police officers and representatives of parent committees.
As a result of the Forum, a number of documents are expected to be adopted, which will provide target criteria for preventive work and legal education by authorized bodies, with an emphasis on strengthening the educational role of the family.

On November 24, 2020, the center for legal monitoring of the Prosecutor's office of Zhambyl region held an online reception of convicted persons to explain the procedure for executing sentences and resolve issues of concern to them.
The reception was attended by representatives of the regional Department of the penitentiary system, the city akimat, the employment Center and non-governmental organizations.
Legal mechanisms for the execution of sentences, including probation services and social and legal assistance provided to convicts and their relatives were explained.

On November 23, 2020, the center for legal monitoring of the Prosecutor's office of Zhambyl region held a working session to explain the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on the compensation Fund for victims".
The event was held with the invitation of the regional court judge, police officers, public and private bailiffs.
In total, since the introduction of the Law, the courts of Zhambyl region have collected more than 116 million tenge from convicts since 2019. To date, the Fund has made payments to victims totaling 1,527,900 tenge.
The legal mechanisms for protecting the rights of victims, the main goals of the established victims ' compensation Fund, as well as the procedure for paying a fixed sum of money in compensation for damages were explained to the public live via the FACEBOOK social network.

On October 20, 2020, the legal monitoring Center of the Prosecutor's office of Zhambyl region held a meeting with the population on anti-fraud issues.
The meeting was attended by police officers who specialize in combating fraud, including those who own Internet technologies, as well as representatives of second-tier banks.
Common methods of fraud were brought to the attention of the population, schemes and typical forms of behavior of criminals were revealed.
Experts noted the increased vigilance of citizens, especially Internet users and Bank cards.
Relevant explanations were given to citizens on issues of interest.

On October 23, this year, under the chairmanship of the regional Prosecutor Abdirov N. M., at the Coordination Council of law enforcement agencies, online with the participation of the Deputy akim of the region zhylkybayev E. Zh.and the first heads of authorized bodies, issues of compliance with the rule of law in the implementation of the state program in the field of employment for 2019-2020 were considered.
A number of systemic problems have been identified regarding the employment of the unemployed, incorrect planning in the distribution of jobs, as well as financial and other violations. Appropriate measures of Prosecutor's response have been taken on all the facts.
At the meeting, the akims of districts and specialized departments of the regional akimat were pointed out to the shortcomings established in their work.
In addition, together with local Executive bodies, certain issues raised by citizens and not resolved locally were considered.
Responsible persons are recommended to take measures to correct the situation and prevent further violations of the law.
State bodies are focused on ensuring the rule of law during the electoral process.

As part of the implementation of The President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2020, the regional Prosecutor's office created the "Expert Council for business protection"for the first time.
The Expert Council includes the Deputy akim of the region, the management of JSC "SEC Taraz", branches of NCE "Atameken", the Fund" Damu", as well as the Association of entrepreneurs of the region.
The main functions of this Advisory body are the organization of Advisory and organizational assistance, as well as the protection of business entities and their associations.
In order to open up the work and provide feedback to the business community, the work of the Expert Council will be covered on special pages in social networks.
In addition, each Prosecutor's office has mobile groups and a hotline.
On September 18 of this year, the first meeting of the Expert Council was held, where problematic issues in the organization of mobile trade were considered.
Opening the meeting of the Council, Prosecutor Of the region Abdirov N. M. noted that in the last Message of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor's office was instructed to take urgent measures on the facts of unlawful interference in the activities of business entities.
As the Prosecutor of the region noted, according to the acts of supervision in 7 districts of the region, measures were taken to determine trading places, and more than 90 illegal decisions on bringing entrepreneurs to justice were canceled, as a result, the rights of more than 1000 entrepreneurs were protected.
During the meeting, the invited and experts of the Council expressed their suggestions on the organization of outbound trade, as well as on other issues of concern to business.
Also, for the invited and media representatives, topical issues to be studied within the framework of the created Expert Council were announced, including the problems of lending and state support for agricultural entities, issues of relations between entrepreneurs and state bodies in the judicial sphere, and others.
In turn, the Supervisory authority invited the business community of the region to actively participate in this work.

This year, the rights of more than 300 entrepreneurs are protected under the acts of the Prosecutor's response.
Administrative barriers were identified when selling cheaper fuel to farmers.
According to the act of supervision, 8 persons of local Executive bodies were brought to justice, the facts of inappropriate spending of budget funds in the amount of more than 100 million tenge were revealed.
The analysis of involvement of business entities in unsubstantiated legal proceedings on claims of state bodies was carried out, which showed that every third claim was filed unfairly.
Violations of the Business code were detected in the activities of regulatory bodies (the Department of ecology of the region and the Department of public health of the city of Taraz) in terms of setting unreasonable deadlines for the elimination of violations.
The Prosecutor of the region has a special control over the received appeals of business entities to the Prosecutor's office.
According to the results of consideration of appeals of business entities, violations in the field of land legislation, as well as subsidizing carriers in the activities of local Executive bodies in the amount of 62.3 million tenge were revealed. According to the measures taken, their rights were restored.
Taking into account the instructions set out in the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 1 this year, the regional Prosecutor's office has taken a number of measures to strengthen human rights functions.
Since September 8 of this year, the center for law enforcement services has created an "Expert Council for the protection of entrepreneurs 'rights", which includes representatives of local Executive, fiscal and regulatory authorities, experts of NCE" Atameken " and financial institutions, as well as public associations.
In the coming period, in order to fulfill the instructions of the Head of state and the Prosecutor General, work will be strengthened to protect the rights of entrepreneurs.
