The rights of more than 10.5 thousand consumers are protected in Zhambyl region

The Prosecutor's office of Zhambyl district analyzed the activities of local Executive bodies in the field of environmental legislation.

As a result, the fact of increasing tariffs for solid waste emissions by 38% was revealed, which violated the rights of more than 10.5 thousand consumers.

In accordance with the order of the Minister of energy of 01.09.2016"on approval Of the methodology for calculating the tariff for collection, export, disposal, processing and disposal of solid waste", the decision of the district maslikhat of August 18, 2015 on approval of tariffs for solid waste was not violated.

Currently, on the basis of the response act, the illegal decision of the maslikhat was canceled, the amount of the tariff was reduced from 150 to 93.91 tenge, and the guilty official was brought to disciplinary responsibility.
