Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
identification and elimination of violations of the law, the causes and conditions that contribute to them, as well as their consequences in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
coordination of the activities of the competent state bodies to ensure law and order and prevent offenses in the socio-economic and socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
participation in the standard-setting activities of state bodies.
