The supreme supervision of compliance with the rule of law on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of the state
- Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
- Identification and elimination of violations of the law, causes and conditions that contribute to them, as well as their consequences in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, Executive proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
- Coordination of activities of competent state bodies to ensure law and order and prevent violations in the socio-economic and socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
- Participation in standard-setting activities of state bodies.
