Criminal prosecution on behalf of the state
- Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state in criminal prosecution, ORD and KRD;
identification and elimination of violations of the law in the implementation of criminal prosecution, ORD, KRD, the causes and conditions that contribute to them;
coordination of the activities of law enforcement and special state bodies in criminal prosecution;
analysis of the quality of criminal prosecution and ORD;
development of measures aimed at promoting the formation of correct uniform practices in the implementation of criminal prosecution, ORD and CRD;
preparation of materials for meetings of the Board of the Prosecutor General's office, the coordinating Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on law enforcement, law enforcement and crime control, operational and staff meetings;
organization of activities of lower-level Prosecutor's offices to ensure the legality of criminal prosecution, ORD and KRD;
participation within its competence in standard-setting activities.
