The procuratorial organs exercise leadership within their authority unified system of bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on behalf of the state in implementing statutory limits and forms of the Supreme supervision over the observance of legality in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan represents the state's interests in court and on behalf of the state exercises criminal prosecution.
