Against the background of the current situation in the country, there is a shortage of certain medicines, or the sale of medicines at inflated prices.
To date, the district has revealed two facts of the sale of tablets "Analgin" and "Paracetamol" at inflated prices, in view of which the owners of pharmacies are brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine.

We also appeal to persons engaged in the sale of medicines. The order of the Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2019 № ҚР ДСМ-104 "On approval of the maximum prices for the trade name of a medicinal product for retail and wholesale sale" sets the maximum prices for medicinal products.
For exceeding the established maximum prices for medicines, the current legislation provides for liability in the form of an administrative fine (depending on the subject)in the amount of 70 to 1000 MCI.
The prosecutor's office of the Karabalyk region, based on the results of the analysis of the application of the legislation on education, established the fact that a teacher of one of the secondary schools in the region was working with a fake diploma.
On the initiative of the prosecutor's office, this person was brought to criminal responsibility under Article 385 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (use of a knowingly forged document).
The diploma of graduation from the Kostanay Social and Technical University is fake and made in a handicraft way, on a laser printer.
According to the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", persons with a special pedagogical or vocational education are allowed to engage in pedagogical activities in the relevant profiles.
By the decision of the district court, the claims of the Education Department for the collection of unreasonably received wages from the person in question under the prosecutor's response act in the amount of 1.3 million tenge were satisfied.
Prosecutor's office of Karabalyk district
The Prosecutor's Office of the Beimbet Mailin district initiated an analysis of the legality of the payment of bonuses by the local executive body. Based on the results, numerous facts of unreasonable and uneven bonuses to employees of structural divisions of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district were revealed.
So, employees of the above-mentioned state institution were illegally awarded in the presence of disciplinary sanctions that were not lifted.
Based on the results of consideration of the act of response of the district prosecutor's office, over 1 million tenge was reimbursed to the state budget, 13 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility, of which 8 were managers.
Prosecutor's Office of Beimbet Mailin District
The prosecutor's office of the city of Kostanay carried out an analysis on the issue of observing the rights of minors to receive additional education. Based on the results of the analysis of the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay", an order was issued on April 9, 2020 on the exemption of children from socially vulnerable segments of the population from paying for additional (music, art, choreographic) education. Today, 2,058 children are entitled to the above-mentioned additional education for free.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 15, 2020, in connection with the announcement of a pandemic by the World Health Organization, a state of emergency was introduced throughout the country.
In pursuance of this Decree, a number of restrictions have been introduced, for violation of which administrative liability is provided for under Article 476 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, incl. in the form of a fine or arrest up to 5 days.
Since the beginning of the state of emergency, law enforcement agencies have identified 224 offenders, of which 179 have already been brought to administrative responsibility by the court.
The most common violations are the activities of entertainment establishments (gambling clubs, hookah bars, restaurants, bookmakers), the sale of bakery and confectionery products without packaging, and non-compliance by retail facilities with other anti-epidemiological measures (gloves, masks, sanitizers, etc.). A total of 202 such facts were revealed.
In addition, 22 individuals were prosecuted for violating the quarantine regime upon arrival from foreign countries, disseminating false information on the Internet, as well as non-compliance with individual sanitary protection measures.
In order to ensure the safety of the population, we ask citizens to treat the measures taken with understanding, to comply with the legal requirements of health officials and internal affairs bodies, to assist them in identifying and preventing infection.

The topic of false reports "about a planted bomb" (pseudo terrorism or telephone terrorism) is relevant, as it causes significant damage to public safety and the state.
As a rule, an unknown citizen reports to the internal affairs bodies about an impending terrorist act, about the presence of an explosive device in a public place (trading houses, entertainment centers, etc.), arson and other actions.
The communicator pursues various goals: disruption of any work, event, for the sake of a joke or for hooligan and selfish motives.
At the same time, not every citizen knows that knowingly false reporting of an act of terrorism is a crime for which there is responsibility.
Thus, by the verdict of the court No. 2 in Kostanay, citizen T. was convicted for knowingly false reporting of an impending act of terrorism under Article 273 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 6 months' imprisonment with serving a sentence in an institution of the minimum security penal system.
According to the circumstances of the case, citizen T. on the remote control "102" from a cell phone reported false information about an explosive device planted in the club of Kostanay.
According to article 273 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, knowingly false reporting of an upcoming act of terrorism is punishable by a fine of up to five thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or restriction of liberty for up to five years, or imprisonment for the same period.
The committed crime belongs to the category of crimes of average gravity.
To check the information, law enforcement and special agencies, fire crews went to the scene.
Subsequently, by the decision of the Kostanay city court, the amount of damage in the amount of 14,366 tenge, caused to the state, was recovered from the guilty person.
Thus, a person who knowingly provided false information about an impending act of terrorism bears criminal liability, as well as material liability for recovering the amount of damage in civil procedure.

On February 5, 2020, the Center for Law Enforcement Services of the Regional Prosecutor's Office hosted an Open Day for students of the Kostanay State University named after Akhmet Baitursynov, specializing in Jurisprudence.
