Representing the interests of the state in court
- Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, in civil and administrative cases;
- identification and elimination of violations of the law, causes and conditions that contribute to them, as well as their consequences in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, in civil and administrative cases;
- coordination of the activities of competent state authorities to ensure legality, law and order and the prevention of offenses in the socio-economic and socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, in civil and administrative cases;
- participation in the rule-making activities of state authorities.
