Criminal prosecution on behalf of the state

Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, the legitimate interests of legal entities, society and the state in the implementation of criminal prosecution, ORD and KRD;
identification and elimination of violations of the law in the implementation of criminal prosecution, ORD, KRD, reasons and conditions that contribute to them;
coordination of the activities of law enforcement and special state bodies in the implementation of criminal prosecution;
analysis of the quality of criminal prosecution and ORD;
development of measures aimed at facilitating the formation of the correct uniform practice in the implementation of criminal prosecution, ORD and KRD;
preparation of materials for meetings of the board of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Coordination Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring legality, law and order and combating crime, operational and apparatus meetings;
rganization of the activities of subordinate prosecutors to ensure the legality of criminal prosecution, ORD and KRD;
participation within the competence in rule-making activities.
