A.S. Begalin was born on July 26, 1984, in the North Kazakhstan Region.

He graduated from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Law.

He began his service in the prosecution authorities in 2011, holding various positions over time, including Assistant Prosecutor of Petropavlovsk; Assistant and Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Esil District (Astana); Prosecutor within the Astana City Prosecutor's Office; Assistant and Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Almaty District (Astana); Head of a Division at the Almaty District Prosecutor's Office (Astana); Deputy Prosecutor of the Saryarka District (Astana); Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Nur-Sultan; Deputy Prosecutor of the Baikonyr and Almaty Districts (Astana); Head of a Directorate at the Astana City Prosecutor's Office; and Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Astana.

Since September 2026, Deputy Prosecutor of the Yesil District of Astana.

Total workexpirience in the prosecution for more than 20 years.
