S.A. Kystykbayeva was born on October 3, 1992, in the Taldykorgan Region.
She graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University and completed a master's degree program in Law.
She began her service in the prosecution authorities in 2016. Over the course of her career, she has held various positions, including prosecutor at the Talgar District Prosecutor's Office (Almaty Region); prosecutor in the division of the Medeu District Prosecutor's Office (Almaty City); prosecutor in a directorate of the Almaty City Prosecutor's Office; senior prosecutor at the Nauryzbay District Prosecutor's Office (Almaty City); prosecutor at the Nura District Prosecutor's Office (Astana City); prosecutor in a directorate of the Astana City Prosecutor's Office; and head of a division at the Almaty District Prosecutor's Office (Astana City).
Since September 2026, she has served as Deputy Prosecutor of the Almaty District, Astana City.
