Given the effect of the moratorium on inspections, according to the act of supervision of the prosecutor's office, changes were made to the order of the police, the requirements to control the sellers of markets and other places of trade were canceled, and the perpetrators were brought to disciplinary responsibility.

In order to protect the property rights of minors, the prosecutor's office of Almaty held a meeting of the collegium with the participation of the first heads of law enforcement and government agencies. The results of work for 9 months of 2021 were considered.

By a court verdict, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year with involvement in forced labor.

Based on the results, additional measures were developed aimed at observing the property rights of children, including improving the interaction between the police and bailiffs, integrating databases of debtors, intensifying their search, as well as strengthening preventive measures.
