Supreme supervision over the observance of the rule of law on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of the State
- Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
- identification and elimination of violations of the law, the causes and conditions that contribute to them, as well as their consequences in the socio-economic, socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
- coordination of the activities of the competent state bodies to ensure the rule of law, the rule of law and the prevention of offenses in the socio-economic and socio-political spheres, enforcement proceedings, civil and administrative cases;
- participation in the normative activity of state bodies.
