Kuttukov Rufat Bauyrzhanovich was born in 1978 in the Zhambyl region. He graduated from Kazakh State Law Academy in Almaty with a degree in Law.
For his contribution to strengthening legality and law and order, Kutukov R.B. was awarded the medal "Zhauyngerlik erligi ushin" (For Military Valor).
R.B. Kuttukov began his career in the prosecutorial bodies in 2000 as an assistant prosecutor of the Aitekebiy District, Aktobe Region.
Over the years, he held the following positions: specialized environmental prosecutor of Aktobe Region, prosecutor of Zhambyl District, Zhambyl Region, prosecutor of the city of Atyrau, Atyrau Region, first deputy prosecutor of Karaganda Region, and head of the Department for Correspondence and Records Management of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
His most recent position was Prosecutor of Mangystau Region.
By agreement with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Prosecutor of Akmola Region by order of the General Prosecutor dated May 17, 2024.
