Askar D. was born in Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

In 2002, he graduated from M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.

Карьера

Askar D. began his career in 2004 as a Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Court Decisions and Enforcement Proceedings in Administrative and Civil Cases at the Prosecutor’s Office of Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

He subsequently held the positions of Assistant Prosecutor and Senior Assistant Prosecutor for Supervision over the Legality of Court Decisions and Enforcement Proceedings in Administrative and Civil Cases in Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

He then served as Senior Assistant Prosecutor and Head of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of the Activities of State Bodies at the Prosecutor’s Office of Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

He served as Head of the Department for Supervision over Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere at the Prosecutor’s Office of Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

He subsequently held the positions of Prosecutor, Senior Prosecutor, and Assistant Prosecutor in the Department for Supervision over Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere at the Prosecutor’s Office of Zhambyl Region.

He served as Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Zhambyl Region responsible for supervision over compliance with environmental legislation.

He later served as Prosecutor of Ryskulov District, Zhambyl Region.

He also held positions as Prosecutor of the Office, Assistant Prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in the Public and Political Situation and Countering Extremism Group of the Department for the Protection of Public Interests, and Assistant Prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in the Group for Supervision over Compliance with Legislation on Countering Extremism and Terrorism of the Department for the Protection of Public Interests at the Prosecutor’s Office of Zhambyl Region.

He served as Deputy Prosecutor of Taraz at the Prosecutor’s Office of Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

He subsequently served as Prosecutor of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor’s Office of Akmola Region.

Since February 27, 2025, he has served as Prosecutor of Zerendinsky District.

His total length of service in the prosecution authorities exceeds 22 years.
