D.A. Dairov was born on August 7, 1981, in Almaty.

He graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy in Almaty.

He began his service in the prosecutorial authorities in 2005.

Over the years, he held the positions of Acting Assistant Prosecutor, Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Judicial Decisions and Enforcement Proceedings in Administrative and Civil Cases, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General, Head of Department, Senior Assistant to the City Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutor of Zhetysu District of Almaty, and Prosecutor of the Saryarka District Prosecutor’s Office of Astana.

His length of service in the prosecutorial authorities is 23 years.
