CRIMINAL WEATHER IN THE CITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN
The Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan analyzed information on crime in cities of national significance and regional centers, taking into account the level of registered criminal offenses per 100 thousand population.
The most criminal cities are Kostanay (1974 offenses per 100 thousand population), Kokshetau (1881), Almaty (1518), Ust-Kamenogorsk (1664).
However, each region has its own characteristics.
For example, in Almaty there is a high level of theft (810.1), robberies (41.1).
In General, the city of Almaty will continue to have a high level of these types of crimes for five years.
Uralsk is characterized by a high level of theft (581.9) and robbery (44.4).

Statistics on crime in absolute numbers do not fully reflect the situation, given the dynamics of the population associated with natural growth or internal migration.
Against the background of the above data, the crime situation in Turkestan is relatively safe.
