In 2020, the number of crimes decreased

The Committee on legal statistics and special records of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan has compiled information on registered criminal offenses for 7 months of 2020.

The highest crime rate is observed in Almaty-1565, and the lowest-in the Turkestan region, the national average-920 crimes per 100 thousand population.

We also analyzed data on the level of crimes in Kazakhstan according to the international classification of crimes approved by the United Nations, convicted persons, and made portraits of the criminal.
