About the certification

In accordance with paragraph 27 of the Model Regulation on certification of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 1612, as amended on December 21, 2016 No. 390 (hereinafter-the Regulation) we inform you that on January 06, 2020 at 15:00 in the building of the state institution "Department of the Committee on legal statistics and special accounts of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangistau region", which is located at Aktau, 9mkr. ZD.23/2, a meeting of the certification Commission is scheduled.

According to the Regulation, to ensure transparency and objectivity of the work of the certification Commission, no more than three observers are involved in the meeting of the certification Commission.

Observers can be deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and maslikhats of all levels, representatives of public associations.
