Juvenile Police and the Protection of Women from violence

The main tasks:

• identifying priority areas for the activities of juvenile police units and protecting women from violence;
• monitoring compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts on the activities of juvenile police units and on units protecting women from violence;
• improving the organizational and legal basis of the activities of juvenile police units and units protecting women from violence, introducing new forms, methods and best practices into practice, increasing the professional skills of employees, organizing the monitoring of compliance with the law;
• the organization of the execution of decisions of the highest bodies of state power, the development and implementation of measures on the prevention of juvenile delinquency, the prevention of child neglect and homelessness, as well as the protection of women from violence;
• organization of interaction with the services and units of the Ministry, other law enforcement agencies, local executive bodies, state and other structures, organizations, regardless of ownership and citizens, in the prevention of juvenile delinquency, preventing child neglect and homelessness, as well as protecting women from violence;
• organization of work on the prevention of juvenile delinquency, as well as the prevention of child neglect and homelessness;
• ensuring the principle of the inevitability of responsibility of persons encroaching on the rights of women, providing them with guarantees of family well-being, and the right to privacy.
