Organization of Road Technical Inspection and processing centers

The main tasks:

• normative legal acts, norms, rules and standards establishing the order and conditions of traffic, the implementation of transport and other activities on the road network, establishing the procedure for the implementation of activities in the field of road safety;
• rules, regulations and standards in the design, construction, reconstruction and repair of roads, streets, road structures, railway crossings, in terms of road safety;
• rules for the maintenance of roads, streets, road structures and level crossings in a safe condition for traffic;
• rules, regulations and standards for installation, installation, repair and operation of technical means of traffic regulation;
• technical regulations, rules and standards establishing requirements for the design and technical condition of vehicles;
• issuance of binding to state bodies and other organizations, instructions on eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to violations of the requirements of the legislation, rules, norms, norms and standards in the field of road safety;
• admission of vehicles to participate in road traffic, monitoring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan during their operation.
