The project "With a diploma – to the village!" has been implemented everywhere throughout the republic since 2009. The main goal of the project is to provide social support measures to specialists of the social sphere in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements and rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.

 Social support measures include a budget loan for the purchase and construction of housing (1500 MCI) issued for up to 15 years at 0.01% and a lifting allowance (100 MCI).

 Social support measures can be obtained by specialists working in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements and rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.

 The main requirements of the project are to provide the administrator with a full package of documents and work out in the relevant organization in the village for 3 years.

 In 2021, 550 specialists took advantage of social support measures in the form of a lifting allowance and 237 specialists were able to purchase their own housing thanks to the program.

 The largest number of budget loans were issued in Bayanaul and Pavlodar districts – 46 and 29, respectively.

 For 2022, 1.2 billion tenge has been allocated from the republican budget for the region to pay budget loans for 261 specialists.

 According to the results of the 1st half of the year, 95 specialists used social support measures to purchase housing and 291 specialists received a lifting allowance.
