Car is on fire

         In the course of studying operational information about emergencies received by the Center management in crisis situations there is a growing trend of fires by car.

         A modern car burns to the ground in 5-6 minutes, and often it is happens in front of the owner. All that remains of the car is blackened iron frame and engine. Suddenly light up can be as the old car of the Russian automobile industry, and the new foreign car.

         The main cause of fires on motor vehicles is short circuit of electrical wiring in the engine compartment and in the panel car controls.

How to prevent a fire in a car:

• You need to keep a fire extinguisher powder, carbon dioxide 2 liters (and more) in an accessible location

* Buy fire extinguishers only in specialized stores and periodically check its readiness

* Keep the electrical wiring in good condition, for which regularly pass technical inspection

• When purchasing a supported vehicle, make sure that the wiring is all right. What to do if the fire was not prevented:

* On public transport, immediately notify the driver of a fire.

* Protect your respiratory system by covering your face with a handkerchief, sleeve, or other a piece of cloth.

• Use emergency hatches to evacuate public transport and side Windows.
• After evacuation, move away from vehicles, as it may fuel tank explodes
