Gas equipment is repaired to eliminate malfunctions detected during its maintenance, as well as on the basis of written or oral requests from subscribers (application repair). The operating organization performing maintenance and (or) application repairs must start work on the repair no later than three calendar days after the fault detection (receipt and registration of the application). Gas leaks are eliminated in an emergency.
General requirements for the operation of gas appliances:
-If there is a smell of gas in the room, the use of appliances must be urgently turned off the tap, open the window, leave the gas-filled gas station
place and call the emergency special service(no Smoking, turn on
lighting and other electrical appliances);
- It is forbidden to gasify houses and repair gas equipment independently and without permits:
-It is not allowed to seal ventilation channels, pockets and "hatches" for cleaning chimneys, transfer or" seal up " ventilation systems;
it is forbidden to operate gas equipment with closed Windows, lack of ventilation, as well as draught in the chimney;
- It is strictly forbidden to use the equipment for children under 14 years of age, persons under the influence of alcohol, incapacitated, not
familiar with the rules of operation of gas appliances;
-To leave unattended operating devices;
-it is not allowed to load the gas pipeline (attach ropes to it for drying clothes).
