Drinking alcoholic beverages on the streets and in other public places (including on the embankment, beaches, etc.), as well as the appearance in public places in a state of intoxication, offending human dignity and public morality, entails liability in accordance with Article 440 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 5 MCI.
Fishing enthusiasts should bear in mind that it is prohibited to carry out all types of fishing, as well as other types of use of fish resources and other aquatic animals in an alcoholic (toxic, narcotic) state. Responsibility for violation of the use of the Fishing Rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan is provided for by article 383 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 10 MCI for individuals, for legal entities - up to 100 MCI.
