The mission of the state institution is participation in state control of home policy processes, coordination of the activities of local government bodies in home policy, organization of monitoring, analysis and forecasting of the socio-political situation in the region, activities of political parties and other public associations, development of recommendations and organization of work to ensure home policy stability , consolidation of society, promote and education of Kazakhstan patriotism.
The main tasks of the state institution "Department of internal policy of the city of Zhezkazgan" are the organization of work on the implementation of legislative, regulatory and directive acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, higher state bodies, decisions and orders of the akim of the city on support and development of internal and youth policy within the competence of the department .
