Starting November 1, 2018, the service of registering electronic contracts was launched on the portal "enbek.kz".
In accordance with subparagraph 27, paragraph 2, article 23 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Code), the employer is obliged to enter information on the conclusion and termination of the labor contract with the employee, the amendments and (or) amendments to it containing information, provided for by subparagraphs 1), 2), 3), 4), 5) and 13) of paragraph 1 of Article 28 of this Code, into a unified system of accounting for labor contracts in the manner determined by the authorized state body for labor (as amended on May 15, 2020 )
In this regard, it is necessary to carry out work on entering information on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with an employee in an enterprise into the electronic database of the AIS "Unified System for the Registration of Electronic Labor Contracts".
