Reimbursement of the costs of home schooling for children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum is paid in the amount of 4 monthly calculation indices per quarter for each disabled child.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services when the service recipient (or his representative under a notarized power of attorney) applies to the State Corporation:
1) application form;
2) the identity document of the service recipient (for identification);
3) a document confirming registration at a permanent place of residence (address certificate or certificate of the village akim);
4) conclusion of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation;
5) certificate of disability in the form approved by the order The Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 30, 2015 No. 44 "On approval of the Rules for conducting medical and social expertise" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 10589);
6) a document confirming information about the bank account number;
7) a certificate from an educational institution confirming the fact of teaching a disabled child at home in the form.
