One-time social assistance for gasification is provided to residents of private and multi-storey buildings subject to gasification in the city of Karaganda, who are its owners or family members, if they and family members do not have other housing and have an average per capita income not exceeding 3 subsistence minimum for single-living pensioners, persons with disabilities without income.
To whom is provided:
- elderly pensioners,
- persons with disabilities, families with or raising children with disabilities;
- mothers with many children and families with many children,
- recipients of targeted social assistance,
- veterans of military operations on the territory of other states,
- guardians or guardians of orphaned children and children left without parental care
To receive one-time social assistance, the applicant applies to the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Karaganda (7 Chkalova St., tel. 95-55-82), through the electronic health portal and is provided within one year from the date of conclusion of the contract for the installation of gas equipment.
