Organizations of stationary type are recognized as medical and social institutions (organizations) intended for round-the-clock permanent or temporary residence of recipients of services in a hospital.
In these organizations, special social services are provided:
1) children from three to eighteen years old who need special social services in a hospital;
2) children with disabilities from three to eighteen years of age with preserved intelligence who need special social services in a hospital;
3) persons over the age of 18 with neuropsychiatric diseases of the first and second groups in need of special social services in a hospital;
4) disabled and elderly persons who are unable to independently serve themselves and who need special social services in a hospital for health reasons, who do not have able-bodied adult children, a spouse who are obliged in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 "On Marriage (Matrimony) and family" (hereinafter – The Code) to support their disabled parents, spouse in need of assistance and take care of them, or having able-bodied adult children, spouse who, for objective reasons, cannot provide them with constant assistance and care (have a disability of the first, second group, oncological, mental illnesses, are in prison, are registered in a drug treatment center in a dispensary or have left for permanent residence outside the country, additionally for a spouse – being at an advanced age);
On the issue of obtaining special social services, it is necessary to apply to the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Karaganda" (Chkalov str., 7, room 303) or to the NAO "GC "Government for Citizens" (PSC), work schedule: (from Monday to Saturday inclusive, in accordance with the work schedule from 9.00 am to 20.00 pm without lunch break, except Sundays and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan) with the following documents attached:
1) application in the form, according to appendices 1 and 2 to the Rules for the Provision of Public Services;
2) an identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service of the service recipient with the presence of an individual identification number (for identification);
3) medical card according to the forms according to appendices 5 and 6 to the Rules with an extract from the outpatient card or medical history;
4) Information on the identity document, on the establishment of disability (for the elderly in the presence of disability), on the measures developed in the individual program of habilitation and rehabilitation of a person with disability (for the elderly in the presence of IPR), on the recognition of a person over 18 years of age with neuropsychiatric diseases incapacitated by a court decision (if any), on pension age, the status of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, a veteran of military operations on the territory of other states, as well as a veteran equated with the benefits of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, families of the fallen servicemen.
