Housing assistance is provided to low-income families to pay monthly expenses for the management of the condominium facility and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium facility, including major repairs, utility consumption, and communication services.

Housing assistance is provided to families (citizens) who are permanently registered and live in a dwelling by right of ownership as the only dwelling in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the cost of services for which exceeds 4% of the total family income, and for persons with disabilities-3%.

You can apply for housing assistance in the NGO GC Government for Citizens (PSC) and on the e-government web portal. www.egov.kz .

The amount of housing assistance is calculated as the difference between the actual payment for the maintenance of housing (residential buildings), rental housing, communication services and the consumption of utilities within the social norm and the level of maximum allowable family expenses for these purposes.

1. Application form;

2. Identity card of the owner (identity card of all registered persons, birth certificate of children);

4. Utility bills for the previous quarter.

The documents are submitted for 3 months of the previous quarter.
