There are 2 district offices of social assistance at home in the city of Karaganda:
* KSU "Department of Social Assistance at home of Kazybek Bi district" of Karaganda (address: 235/2 Pichugina str., Karaganda);
* KSU "Department of Social assistance at home of A.Bokeikhan district" of Karaganda (address: Karaganda, 17 microdistrict, house 42),
where lonely and lonely pensioners and persons with disabilities, persons over 18 years of age with neuropsychiatric diseases, children with disabilities are served, where they are provided with a guaranteed amount of special social services, these are social, social, medical, socio-psychological, socio-pedagogical, social and labor services, etc. In addition to individual work with each person served, social workers provide them with constant assistance in the purchase and delivery of medicines, food and other types of assistance, charity events are organized for all festive and memorable dates.
Special social services in conditions at home are provided:
Persons with disabilities, pensioners who are unable to serve themselves independently and who need special social services in home care for health reasons, who do not have able-bodied adult children, a spouse who are obliged in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 "On Marriage (Matrimony) and family" to support their disabled people in need of assistance of parents, spouse and take care of them, or having able-bodied adult children, spouse, who, for objective reasons, cannot provide them with permanent assistance and care (have a disability of the first, second group, oncological, mental illnesses, are in prison, are registered in a drug dispensary or have left for permanent residence outside the country or live in another locality, additionally for a spouse – being at an advanced age).
To receive a public service, the following documents are required:
1) application in the form in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules for the provision of this public service;
2) an identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service of the service recipient with the presence of an individual identification number (for identification);
3) medical card in the form according to Appendix 5 to the Rules;
4) for children – a copy of the conclusion of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation.
5) Information about the identity document, about registration at a permanent place of residence, about the establishment of disability (for the elderly in the presence of disability), about the measures developed in the individual program of habilitation and rehabilitation of a person with disabilities (for the elderly in the presence of IPR), about retirement age, about the status of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, veteran military operations on the territory of other states, as well as a veteran equated with the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the families of the deceased servicemen.
Acceptance of documents for the provision of public services "Registration of documents for the provision of special social services in home care" is carried out in the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Karaganda" (ul. Pospelova, 16, kab.3), NAO "GC "Government for Citizens" (PSC) or the web portal of "Electronic Government" www.egov.kz (the portal is open around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan), schedule work: from Monday to Saturday inclusive, in accordance with the work schedule from 9.00 am to 20.00 pm without lunch break, except Sundays and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
