One-time social assistance for gasification is provided to residents of private and multi-storey buildings subject to gasification in the city of Karaganda, who are its owners or family members, if they and family members do not have other housing and have an average per capita income not exceeding 3 subsistence minimum for single-living pensioners, persons with disabilities without income.
To whom is provided:
- elderly pensioners,
- persons with disabilities, families with or raising children with disabilities;
- mothers with many children and families with many children,
- recipients of targeted social assistance,
- veterans of military operations on the territory of other states,
- guardians or guardians of orphaned children and children left without parental care
To receive one-time social assistance, the applicant applies to the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Karaganda (7 Chkalova St., tel. 95-55-82), through the electronic health portal and is provided within one year from the date of conclusion of the contract for the installation of gas equipment.
One-time social assistance for the gasification of an apartment building is provided to those living in private and multi-storey residential buildings subject to gasification in the city of Karaganda, who are its owners or family members, if they and family members do not have other housing and have an average per capita income of no more than 3 subsistence minimum for single-living pensioners, persons with disabilities without income.
Categories:
- Recipients of targeted social assistance;
- Guardians or guardians of orphaned children and children left without parental care;
- Families with or raising children with
persons with disabilities, persons with disabilities;
- Large families and mothers with many children;
- Veterans of military operations on the territory of other states.
The list of documents for the provision of this type of social assistance:
- An identity document;
- An act or document confirming the expenses of the person (family) related to the supply and installation of gas equipment (copies of receipts, receipts, service agreement, etc.);
- Information on the income of the person (family members);
- A copy of the document confirming the status (pension certificate, disability certificate, birth certificates of children);
- Certificate of absence (availability) of registered rights to immovable property;
- Information about the bank account number in a tier 2 bank or in the Kazpost joint stock company.
