A social project "Habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities through hippotherapy" is being implemented in the city of b.
The purpose of this project is to restore and improve the volume of active and passive movements of the child. Improve the child's functional abilities. Assistance to families with children with special needs.
At the expense of the city budget, within the framework of the state social order, this social project is being implemented by the Arman asu Society for the Disabled on the basis of the Turan el Qazaq Sport equestrian club
During hippotherapy, there is a treatment session (in the form of classes) with the help of a horse. The children are cared for by a qualified hippotherapist and a therapeutic riding instructor. The child performs exercises designed for him by a specialist in hippotherapy, sitting astride a walking horse.
