Қарағанды облысының активі «Халық бірлігі мен жүйелі реформалар - елдің өркендеуінің берік негізі» атты Жолдауында ел Президенті қойған міндеттердің шешімін талқылады. Жиын аймақ басшысы Жеңіс Қасымбектің төрағалығымен өтті. Мемлекет басшысының тапсырмасына сәйкес экономиканы әртараптандыру бойынша жұмыс жалғасатын болады. Қарағанды қаласын логистикалық орталық ретінде дамыту жоспарлануда, ал моноқалалар заманауи өндіріс орындарын іске қосу стратегиясының арқасында дамымақ.
2025 жылға қарай Индустрия 4.0 аясында өңірдегі 10-ға жуық кәсіпорынды жаңғырту және жаңарту, сондай -ақ бірқатар инновациялық жобаларды іске қосу жоспарлануда. Кездесуде Теміртау, Саран, Жезқазған және Балқаш қалаларында дамудың басым бағыттарын құру мүмкіндігі айтылды. Ауыл шаруашылығында облыс әкімі жайылымдық жерлерді суландыру және тозған жерлерді қалпына келтіру жұмыстарын күшейтуді тапсырды.
Сондай-ақ кездесуде әлеуметтік саладағы тапсырмаларды орындау шаралары туралы айтылды. Білім берудің қолжетімділігін арттыру үшін өңірде 10 жаңа нысан салынуда, оның ішінде ауылдық жерде үш мектеп бар. 2025 жылға қарай 299 ауылдық мектепті жаңарту жоспарлануда.Мектептердегі білім сапасын жақсарту үшін «Оқуға құштар мектеп» жобасы жүзеге асырылады. Колледждерде мамандарды дайындау еңбек нарығының талаптарын ескере отырып ұйымдастырылады. Тек биылғы оқу жылының өзінде 10 жаңа мамандық ашылды.
Мемлекет басшысының жолдауына байланысты облыстың қалалары мен ауылдарын сумен қамтамасыз ету көрсеткішін 2025 жылға қарай қазіргі 96,3% -дан 100% -ға дейін арттыру жоспарлануда. Биылдың өзінде сумен жабдықтау және кәріз желілерінің құрылысы бойынша 35 жоба жүзеге асырылуда. 2021 жылдың соңына дейін қамту 97% дейін артады деп күтілуде. Сонымен қатар активте Бірыңғай геологиялық қызмет құру бастамасы да сөз болды.

Procedure for the provision of public services
Terms of public service provision:
1) upon receipt of a tractor driver's certificate, a duplicate of the certificate, replacement (exchange) of an old-style certificate for a new certificate from the date of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider, as well as when contacting the portal – 2 (two) working days.
The service provider checks the completeness of the submitted documents within two working days from the date of receipt of the documents.
If the fact of incompleteness of the submitted documents is established, the service provider gives a written reasoned refusal to further consider the application within the specified time;
2) the maximum allowed waiting time for the delivery of a package of documents is 30 (thirty) minutes;
3) the maximum allowable service time is 30 (thirty) minutes.
The form of public service provision: electronic (partially automated) or paper.
The result of the provision of public services is a certificate, a duplicate of the certificate, when replacing (exchanging) the old-style certificate, for a new certificate for the right to drive tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road construction machines and mechanisms,as well as special all-terrain vehicles (hereinafter-the certificate of a tractor driver).
The form of providing the result of the provision of public services: paper.
On the portal, the result of the provision of public services is sent to the" personal account " of the service recipient in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature (hereinafter - EDS) of the authorized person of the service provider.
The state service is provided on a paid basis to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient).
For the provision of public services, the service recipient pays the state fee to the budget in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2008 "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget (Tax Code)" (hereinafter – the Tax Code).
The amount of the state fee is 50 percent, established on the day of payment of the state fee.
Payment of the state fee is carried out through second-tier banks and organizations that carry out certain types of banking operations.
In the case of submitting an electronic request for a public service through the Portal, payment is made through the payment gateway of the "electronic government" (hereinafter – PSHEP), second-tier banks.
The state service is provided by the local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Astana and Almaty, districts and cities of regional significance (hereinafter-the service provider).
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through:
1) the office of the service provider;
2) e-government web portal www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
