How are prices struggling in the Karaganda region

Currently, the formation and use of the NWPT stabilization fund is taking place in the Karaganda region, as well as loans are provided to business entities.
To implement the mechanism for the formation and use of the stabilization fund, the stabilization fund currently has 292 tons of grocery products, including: sugar - 201 tons, buckwheat groats - 41 tons and sunflower oil - 50 thousand liters.
Recall that in December 2021, 1 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for NWPT, including 500 million tenge for the formation of a stabilization fund and 500 million tenge for the issuance of loans under the "revolving" scheme.
At the same time, this year another 1 billion tenge has been additionally allocated from the regional budget for forward purchase of fruit and vegetable products to the stabilization fund.
For example, within the framework of the reverse scheme of IP Maksutov, fruit and vegetable products (potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions) are sold at reduced fixed prices to supermarkets and social pavilions of the city of Karaganda. These products were contracted by the akimat of the region by signing memoranda with local SHTP with storage in warehouses at the manufacturers themselves. In retail, potatoes, cabbage and carrots are sold at prices not exceeding 85 tenge / kg.
For the period from 2021-2022, IP Makhsutova plans to implement the sale of fruit and vegetable products, totaling 2,000 tons (potatoes 1100 tons, carrots 400 tons, onions 300 tons, cabbage 200 tons). As of January 11, 2022, a total of 251.8 tons of products have already been delivered (potatoes - 179.3 tons, carrots - 45.2 tons, onions - 5.4 tons, cabbage - 22.1 tons).
Also, at fixed prices, according to the memoranda concluded with poultry farms, the supply of eggs of category 1 260 tenge / dozen to the retail network continues, with subsequent sale at retail outlets at 270 tenge / dozen.
Moreover, to stabilize the prices of social bread, a Grain Reserve Fund is used, formed by signing memoranda with local agricultural organizations.
Thus, flour produced from reserve grain is supplied by flour milling enterprises at fixed reduced prices to bakeries for baking bread of the 1st grade, which is sold at retail at a price of 75 tenge per loaf.
Stocks of grade 1 flour produced from wheat of the reserve fund (8.5 thousand tons) are sufficient until the new harvest of the current year.
Also, this year it is planned to allocate 18.4 thousand tons of wheat at a fixed price of 90 thousand tenge/ton to the milling enterprises of the region from JSC "NC "Food Corporation" for regulatory impact on the domestic market.
Whereas, flour milling enterprises plan to release grade 1 flour to bakeries for baking social bread with further sale in the retail network at a price of 90 tenge per loaf (530 grams).
