On public discussion of the draft resolution of the Ministry of Transport

We hereby inform you that the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for determining the additional list of imported goods subject to excise taxes by country of origin" has been posted for public discussion on the "Electronic Government Portal" in the "Open Government", "Open NPA" section.

In order to bring regulatory legal acts into line with the provisions of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including Article 536, this draft resolution of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Draft) re-approves the Rules for determining the additional list of imported goods subject to excise taxes by country of origin.

The Draft does not provide for additional administrative or financial burdens for businesses.
