The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with paragraph 20 of the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 748 "On approval of the Rules for conducting and using the analysis of the regulatory impact of regulatory instruments and (or) requirements" notifies of the holding on June 2, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. (Mangilik el 8, 7 entrance, 12th floor, room 1204) under the chairmanship of the first Vice-Minister Shakkaliev A.A. public discussion on the analysis of regulatory impact in connection with the conduct of administrative responsibility for the sale of goods subject to marking with control (identification) signs or material carriers, without the presence of control (identification) signs or material carriers on them, for violation of the rules of marking and traceability of goods.

Also, we notify you about the placement of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses" on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts from June 5, 2023 at 9.00 a.m. to June 7, 2023 at 18.30 p.m.
