The Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about the public discussion of the results of the regulatory impact analysis «On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses in terms of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the regulation of trade activities».
Public discussions are conducted on the basis of the Rules for Conducting and Using Regulatory Impact Analysis of Regulatory Instruments (approved by Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 748).
Discussions will be held on the Internet portal «Open regulatory legal acts» in the section «ARV».
Date and time of the event: from 9.00 a.m. on July 10 to 18:30 p.m. on July 12, 2023, Astana time.
