A unique laboratory for checking the quality and safety of equipment has been opened in Nur-Sultan. As one of the many laboratories in the series. But the peculiarity of this is that domestic manufacturers do what they do. The owners of the Kazakh production now, without going abroad, come to this laboratory and receive a certificate of compliance with international standards.
The laboratory is equipped with a unique echo chamber for measuring the parameters of electromagnetic waves. It provides silence by not allowing stomach noise, but by hitting the ear. The walls and ceiling of the chamber are made of flat steel with a thickness of 2 mm and are lined with a radio transmission material with a low reflection coefficient. This camera allows you to check with high accuracy how it meets national and international standards, from a simple smartphone to large-sized equipment.
Here you can check any household appliances, up to the car, plane. The project took three years to prepare.
- In the laboratory, electromagnetic interference from household appliances and vehicles is switched off and measured. Such a center in the form of an echo chamber exists only in 15 countries around the world. Now domestic producers can not run abroad, but turn to our specialists. In addition, the launch of the center will allow business representatives to save money , - says the leading specialist of the laboratory Adilbek Kabenov.
The opening ceremony of the laboratory was also attended by the Minister of Trade and Integration Bakhyt Sultanov.
- Now the government is tasked with diversifying the economy. To this end, support is provided to competitive manufacturers. This laboratory helps to determine the quality of each product, the production of vehicles. The work of the center, in turn, will stimulate export support, " the minister said.
The cost of testing the car is 1 million tenge. The cost of inspection of small equipment starts from 20 thousand tenge. At the same time, it should be noted that the test center is able to test vehicles of any category with a total weight of up to 16 tons, as well as overall dimensions of 30 x 21 x 10 m.
Manufacturers who have received a positive certificate for their equipment can freely export their goods abroad. According to Zhanat Begaidarov, Deputy General Director of the State Institution" Kazstandart", the laboratory will work at any time of the year, as it is located inside a closed facility. Specialists from England, Turkey, and Russia took part in the construction of the complex. The construction of the complex took two years. And the specialists working here have received special training.
