Bachelor of Engineering and Technology in Standardization, Metrology and Certification (L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, 2013);
Master of Technical Sciences in Standardization and Certification (L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, 2016);
Bachelor of Economics and Business in Economics (Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, 2020);
Master of Business and Management in Public Policy (Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2025).

2022-2026 – Chief Expert at the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
April-September 2026 – Head of the State Control Department, since September 2026 – Head of the Technical regulation Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
