In the textile mill"AZALA Textile" 5 thousand sets of bed linen are produced per day. Thus, the factory is able to produce more than 2.5 million sets of bed linen per year, as well as more than 7 million pieces of terry products.

To date, the company "AZALA Textile" is the only company in Kazakhstan that conducts a full production cycle, starting from the processing of domestic cotton fiber, ending with the tailoring of finished products. For example, the production capacity of raw cotton processing is 60,000 tons per year. And the output of cotton fiber is 19,700 tons per year.

The company's spinning workshop is equipped with the equipment of the Swiss company rieterag, a world leader in the design and production of machinery for the production of yarn. It produces 6800 tons of yarn per year.

And also, the weaving production "AZALA Textile" makes fabrics khlochatabumazhny linen-calico, mitcal, atlas in width from 155 to 320 cm, clothes-twill, drill, half-panama in width of 160 cm and towel terry, waffle groups. It also produces 35 million square meters of fabric per year. It is worth noting that all the equipment is equipped with computer control systems and regulation of the specified operating parameters. Thus, the stability of the entire technological process will be preserved.

Thanks to participation in the State Program "Business Road Map-2020" in 2014-2015, the production capacity of the plant was expanded. Dye-finishing and sewing workshops were added. In the dyeing and finishing industry, the dyeing process is possible both in smooth (painting the fabric in a certain color) and in printing, that is, applying dye to the fabric in the form of drawings. The workshop uses high-tech European equipment for finishing mixed and cotton fabrics,including terry cloth.

Today, the AZALA Textile LLP plant produces a wide range of products. These are ready-made finished fabrics, terry and waffle towels and sheets, bed linen sets, bed linen of all standard sizes, towels, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, children's textiles, as well as harsh yarn (100% cotton), harsh fabrics (100% cotton, smooth, terry, waffle).There are also textiles and goods for the complex provision of hotels, sanatoriums, rest homes, kindergartens and camps, restaurants and cafes. All products of the plant are certified in accordance with the requirements of national and international quality standards.

The project "AZALA Textile", which has a total cost of 3.8 billion tenge, was implemented thanks to the state program of industrialization. The launch of the factory was a long-awaited event, partially solving the problem of import substitution and creating new jobs. And today the Company's staff is 650 people. Due to the high quality of products, the plant is not only one of the leaders of light industry in Kazakhstan, but also positions itself as an international brand – manufacturer of cotton products of the highest level, which are exported to Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Italy, Poland, as well as to neighboring countries.
