International Exhibition “Kazavtoroad-Kaztraffic-2022”

On November 24-25, 2022, Astana,

with the official support of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the International Exhibition

“Kazavtoroad-Kaztraffic-2022” will be held.

The XVIII International Exhibition “Kazavtoroad-Kaztraffic-2022”,

which will present the latest achievements in the field of road construction, repair, maintenance of highways.

 

The opening of the event will take place on November 24 at 10.00

  at the address: Astana city, Expo Congress Center,

44 Sauran Street.

 

Then the exhibition will be inspected with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, all interested journalists will have the opportunity to communicate with exhibiting companies.

Business events are planned within the framework of the exhibition, namely:

 

• Conference: "Prospects for the development of the road industry",

Organizers: KAD MIIR RK, JSC KazdorNII, JSC NC Kazavtozhol, RSE NCDA.

 

The exposition of the exhibition will be presented by companies engaged in the production and implementation of modern technologies for construction, repair, maintenance of road and airfield surfaces. As well as supplying a wide range of equipment, geosynthetic materials, quality control devices, barrier fences, concrete plants, asphalt concrete plants, concrete mixers, emulsion plants, bitumen modification plants, materials and equipment for horizontal marking.

Enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Germany, France, the USA will present their best developments in the field of road construction, repair and maintenance.

The exposition of Turkey, organized by the partner of the exhibition Bosphorus Expo, Istanbul, will be presented separately.

 

One of the permanent organizers of the event is the Kazakhstan Road Research Institute. For 63 years of work in the road industry, KazdorNII has significant results of its scientific and technical activities, including: scientific discoveries; development and introduction of new innovative materials and technologies; creation of a powerful laboratory base equipped with the most modern equipment; improvement of the regulatory and technical base of the road industry and much more.

 

Within the framework of the State programs Nurly Zhol and Digital Kazakhstan, the Institute actively participates in the implementation of projects on digitalization of the road industry:

• the system of Road network Management (UDS) of Aktau and Astana cities has been developed;
• the results of diagnostics and certification of highways and bridge structures carried out by specialists of the Institute are uploaded to the Road Asset Management System (VESSELS);
• a system of automated data acquisition on temperature and humidity at points of road structures using measuring complexes (sensors) on sections of highways located throughout the territory of Kazakhstan has been developed and implemented;
• the electronic database of regulatory legal acts and documents of the road industry Infozhol, which contains more than 1200 documents, is being updated.

 

In order to improve the quality of highways, increase the service life of road clothing and for the purpose of rational use of the budget of the road industry, KazdorNII JSC is actively testing and introducing new materials and technological solutions into the practice of road construction.

In the field of highways, for the first time in the world, the institute has established scientific discoveries:

• Regularity of self-organization of asphalt concrete pavement in low-temperature cracking;
• Regularity of stage fatigue destruction of viscoelastic materials (Teltaev principle);
• The phenomenon of formation of nanostructured bitumen

The exhibition will be attended by the RSE at the National Road Asset Quality Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated March 19, 2019) to ensure quality control of construction, repair and operation of highways.

            The Quality Center is actively implementing elements of digitalization to ensure high efficiency and transparency of all business processes of the enterprise:

• electronic portal of departmental expertise of projects on average repair of highways;
• mobile version of the profile software solution KazRoadLab. The program is designed to automate and digitalize all the processes of examination of the quality of works and materials carried out at construction sites;
• video inspection of the road surface and certification using neural network technology. To date, the processing of defects is carried out automatically thanks to the video registration system developed by the Center based on artificial intelligence. The certification of roads for today is carried out in dynamics, where the traveled path, the geometry of the road, coordinates, trackage, transverse and longitudinal evenness are recorded, then digital data is processed on a PC;
• introduction of new technologies with testing and monitoring of experimental sites.

Detailed information about all this will be presented, as well as speeches at the plenary sessions of the International Exhibition “Kazavtodor-Kaztraffic-2022”.

 

JSC NC KazAvtoZhol presents a new mobile application QAJ mobile.  This application provides free of charge to all owners of vehicles registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan the opportunity to replenish the balance, view the reporting of the distance traveled on toll roads, receive statements on the vehicle.
